Newly renovated room, exceptionally comfortable bed, substantial breakfast! Amazing and beautiful location in Townsville, really close to the cafe in the Casino as well as the Casino with a good selection of poker machines, cafe/restaurant and the casino. Heated pool, parking onsite.

The room was compact and stylish with a great view and a balcony. The staff were helpful and top-class, providing friendly service. The hotel's location was particularly good, just a 10-15 minute walk from the Cultural Centre. Being close to a ferry port was a bonus.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a stunning waterfront location. The views of the harbor were simply breathtaking, and I couldn't have asked for a more serene and beautiful area to stay in. The room itself was incredibly spacious and well-designed, with modern furniture and a recently renovated bathroom. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the vanity was top-notch. The large and comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the adjustable air conditioning made the room the perfect temperature. The staff were charming and attentive, always ready to assist with any request.

Having stayed in many hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this place is worth recommending to family and friends. From the stunning location to the excellent room amenities, there is truly something for everyone at this hotel.

Great location! It's just a short walk to some awesome restaurants, bars, and the city center. The bed was comfy, the room had good air conditioning, and overall it was a really nice place to stay 😊.

Loved this pleasant and gorgeous hotel, easy to find, with unfailingly polite staff in regard to being misinformed by a staff member. The property rooms were spotless. The breakfast was amazing, the check in was smooth. The location in a fairly nice area was marvellous and there were a market and all major stores nearby. There was an average restaurant in the hotel.

For my recent stay in this hotel, I was impressed with its clean and well-maintained facilities. The location was perfect as it was close to everything and within easy walking distance to the ferry that goes to Magnetic Island. I also enjoyed having breakfast at the cafe within the hotel's casino. The casino itself had a good selection of poker machines that I found amusing during my stay. The hotel staff were courteous, friendly, and always ready to help with my queries.

Loved the Quarterdeck and the new Pool. Relaxing resort holiday. Resort rooms were lovely and clean. Helpful and courteous staff. Good value meals at the cafe. Swift room service.

It was close to all place we visted due our stay.

We stayed in a executive suite. It was very spacious and luxurious. The views over the water towards magnetic island were fantastic. The aqua restuarant was great for breakfasts and the seafood, also. Jupiters was fairly central to everything that we needed to do and see. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay and would recommend jupiters to anyone.

The hotel is located right on the waterfront in a very lovely area, making it a perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The rooms offer wonderful views, with some even providing views to Magnetic Island. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service, making guests feel valued and well taken care of. Additionally, the basic amenities are well-maintained and the hotel offers all the facilities one might need during their stay.

The magnificent view from our room, overlooking the pool & surrounds with the marina, port and the beauty of Magnetic Island across the water. The room was peacefully quiet, clean and comfortable. The position was so central and convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I like the location the hotel and rooms were clean and modern and the food was good but the mini bar prices are a joke who would pay $8.00 for a bottle of water you can buy in town for $3.00.The marina bay sands in Singapore offers complimentry mini bar and its 7 star so the competition is pretty hot i know where i will be going for my next holiday
